Premium Subscriptions and Payments

Billing
Subscriptions are billed annually. All payments are securely processed by our payment partner, Dodo Payments.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
No Refunds
All payments for premium subscriptions are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations.
User-Generated Content and Submitted Stories
When you submit a startup story, comment, or interact on our platform, you grant StartupStories.io a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, publish and promote your content.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use StartupStories.io for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You must not upload or share any content that is abusive, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.
Intellectual Property
Excluding user-submitted stories, all content on StartupStories.io (including text, graphics, logos, proprietary case study frameworks, and software) is the property of StartupStories.io and protected by copyright laws.
Third-Party Services
Our platform utilizes third-party services such as Google (for authentication and analytics), Microsoft Clarity (for user experience tracking), and Dodo Payments (for billing).
Your use of the platform is also subject to the terms of these third-party providers where applicable.
